Etiquette is not only about manners! It is also about being a prepared, refined professional. Our Finishing Touches curriculum includes four modules that focus on social etiquette, and a dining tutorial. These modules assist in developing social competence which leads to success. Inappropriate attire, misspoken words, weak introductions or social faux pas may cost you an opportunity or future invitation. Classes held at The Century Club of Rochester.
