Our ninety-minute tea tutorial is held at The Perkins Mansion on East Avenue. Students enjoy tea served on bone china, linens and silverware, as Miss Cynthia teaches the finer points of afternoon tea. Our tea menu includes tea, egg salad, tuna, and cucumber with cream cheese sandwiches, and a selection of tea cookies.
